Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We do not ship or deliver orders on public holidays.

2. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times depend on your location:

• Dhaka City: 1-2 business days.
• Outside Dhaka: 3-5 business days.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery address. We offer flat-rate shipping for certain regions.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

5. Damages

Freral is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Bangladesh. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
